Social contribution (Uniforms)
In Addis Ababa City Administration, Aleph Design was chosen as one of five designers to create new uniforms for government school students. We focused on socially acceptable designs that considered color choice and eco-friendliness. As Aleph, we took responsibility for ensuring the quality of the uniforms and diligently monitored their standards from 2011 to 2014. We were recognized by the city administration for our commitment to high-quality uniforms that met their standards. Our work aimed to enhance the educational environment and promote unity among students, reflecting our cultural values and sustainable practices.

2018, Hub of Africa fashion week At Millineum Hall
As a designer in 2018, Aleph Design had the incredible opportunity to participate in the renowned Hub of Africa Fashion Week, held at Millennium Hall. This event was a momentous occasion for us, building upon our previous experiences and further solidifying our presence in the Ethiopian fashion industry.
Prior to 2018, we had already gained valuable exposure and recognition through our participation in other prominent fashion events.
Reflecting on these experiences, we can confidently say that participating in the Hub of Africa Fashion Week in 2018, as well as previous fashion weeks, was a transformative and exhilarating journey for Aleph Design. It allowed us to grow as designers, expand our network, and strengthen our commitment to showcasing the beauty and uniqueness of traditional Ethiopian clothing to the world.

As a designer in 2018, Aleph Design had the incredible opportunity to participate in the renowned Hub of Africa Fashion Week, held at Millennium Hall. This event was a momentous occasion for us, building upon our previous experiences and further solidifying our presence in the Ethiopian fashion industry. Prior to 2018, we had already gained valuable exposure and recognition through our participation in other prominent fashion events. Reflecting on these experiences, we can confidently say that participating in the Hub of Africa Fashion Week in 2018, as well as previous fashion weeks, was a transformative and exhilarating journey for Aleph Design. It allowed us to grow as designers, expand our network, and strengthen our commitment to showcasing the beauty and uniqueness of traditional Ethiopian clothing to the world.
